About Ernie Durawa
We’re excited to invite you to a special community event at the Texas Music Museum, featuring a live performance by the incredible Durawa band. The group will be led by Grammy Award-winning musician Ernie Durawa, a drummer known for his genre-blending style. Ernie’s career has spanned across jazz with legends like Pat Martino, country with icons like Willie Nelson, and Tex-Mex with the legendary Flaco Jimenez. He has also played with the Texas Tornadoes and country star Freddy Fender. Ernie’s extensive accolades include appearances on national TV, from Austin City Limits to Saturday Night Live.
Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the diverse sounds that have shaped the Austin music scene!
