Sandy’s family will be there. We can’t wait.
Sandy was my friend in the Virgin Islands and we did many gigs together. Just before he left for Austin, I hosted a farewell concert for him featuring Sandy and those who knew him which lasted 12 hours. It was on the island of St. John at The Purple Line Company. I have photos and recordings and you can view a few of them on myspace (john shaffer). I know it has been awhile since he passed, but he was a fine musician and my friend. I am sorry he is not with us today…..
All the best for your future.
